The Eviction Prevention Initiative (EPI) was a rental and utility assistance program offered by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) that has now ended.
The EPI program has now ended in line with U.S. Department of Treasury guidelines.
Please do not contact your local Legal Aid office regarding rental assistance – they will not be able to assist you.
