Shared Governance RFP

Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. is looking for a consultant or firm to guide the development of a shared governance model for the Legal Aid Content Intelligence (LACI) platform. As LACI expands beyond a single organization into a multi-state, open-source effort, this work will help define how partners collaborate, contribute, and make decisions over time. The project includes stakeholder research, governance design, and facilitation to move from an informal structure to a sustainable, long-term model.

AI Tagging Tool RFP

Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. is seeking a technical partner to design and build an AI-powered tagging tool as part of its Legal Aid Content Intelligence (LACI) platform. The goal of this work is to make it easier to identify legal authorities within documents. The selected vendor will develop, train and integrate a model into a Drupal-based system, with a strong focus on performance, cost control, and long-term usability across the broader legal aid community.

Drupal Development RFP

Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. is inviting proposals from developers and firms with strong Drupal experience to help us adopt and extend LACI (Legal Aid Content Intelligence), a Drupal-based system that helps keep public-facing legal information up-to-date as laws and policies change. The work includes:  Developing the tools and infrastructure to allow ALAS to deploy an appropriately configured LACI server, in a testing and in a production environment, developing two Drupal modules that will periodically check a web server for new or updated pages and update LACI accordingly, and developing a Drupal module to allow a LACI server to access online Georgia legal authority information: statutes, regulations, and court rules.
